Healthy diet can also prevent our skin to wrinkle as we age. It’s important to eat the right amount of food like for example, a salmon. Soy may be good for your skin as well; there was a study that suggests soy are good in helping your skin from the damaged caused by the sun. Fruits and veggies are all vital because they contain antioxidants, which helps fight free radicals and cleanses our body from toxins that leaves a healthy, clear skin, inside and out.

Use topical vitamins

Another prevention of skin from getting those wrinkles is to take your vitamins, specifically vitamins A, C and E. These are an addition to your daily vitamin supplements if you are always having it.
