Practical Affordability

The manual said two people were required for the assembly but, even though I had to do it alone, it is straightforward to set up. I simply used some books to help hold up a part while I attached the bolts.

The incline of the running surface on manual treadmills seems standard in all the ones I looked at. I prefer a flatter surface so used a few blocks underneath the back to adjust it.

You get what you pay for and this machine does not come with a high price tag. The belt operation was not as smooth as I would have liked either, but at least it is quiet enough for my dogs. I like to move it around, depending on the weather, and its lightweight enough that I find I can do this really easily.

I have had a number of failed attempts in the past to start an exercise routine. This time, I thought I would try using an exercise device to get me going. So far, it’s working and even though it’s just as boring as expected, am still getting into it for at least a short while on most days.

For a manual treadmill that fits a tight budget, I would recommend the Sunny manual treadmill.
