Most medical practitioner recommend to their patient with obecity problem to reduce their body weight to 90% in order to have a healthy life. This is good, but can you count even your own body weight loss percentage? The following steps will guide you on how to calculate weight loss percentage:
1. Write on a paper your body weight, the beginning and current one.
2. Look at your beginning weight and substract it with your current. The result shows you how much pound you’ve lost
3. Take the result and divide it with the beginning weight.
4. Change the result to percentage.
The final result you get should be in percentage. This is your weight loss percentage after having a diet program. However, never get too focussed with the numbers you get because it is only a general view of what you have done. It does not reflect at all what result you have after having the diet program.
