The next vitamin is the alpha tocopherols. These vitamins are not just being used for aesthetic purposes as it gives a person a better looking skin.

Vitamin E helps in the prevention of the formation of free radicals within the brain. The same function that vitamin C has contributed to the enhancement of a person’s memory.
