This is another amino acid needed by our body. Studies proved that this memory supplements can help people with Alzheimer, especially patients with memory problems. A greater benefits may be available to people with early onset and a fast rate of disease.

This supplement plays its role in slowing the progression of memory loss. Be careful with this supplement because a higher intake of this vitamin may result in fatal damage to your body, even until death.

 

Ginseng

This is a herb that people commonly combine with Ginkgo biloba. Studies have not found yet any proof about the benefits this drug can give to patient with memory loss case, although some people still believe it can.
