What are real sleep apnea causes? Discover the truth

Sleep apnea are having a lot of possible causes, more commonly relate to different problems with the anatomy of the upper respiratory tract or the upper airway. Keeping a regular sleeping pattern, sleeping on the side instead of your back, keeping away from drinking alcoholic beverages and losing weight may help cure sleep apnea.
