As this is my first treadmill, I cannot make comparisons with any other brands. I have had the M30 treadmill for only 2 weeks, so I cannot tell about the guarantee of the performance for longer period. Anyway, it has a very good stability (it does not fold) and it is very firm to the touch.

I purchased the treadmill, took it to the basement (with the help of two people), and put together the parts of the treadmill with little effort, and the tools for treadmill composition were included with the equipment. At the beginning, there was some creaking in the treadmill, which annoyed me, but after I tightened the screws on cantilever and half-turned the motor spring, the problem was gone and now the machine does not make any sound. If you do not exercise more than 10 hours per week, I advise you to lube the tread-belt not more than once in a year.

The LCD monitor is of a reasonable size, everything is clear and critical indicators are displayed, the controls are very simple, but what I like the best is the wireless heart beat monitor (it also consists of a chest belt). On the other side, the contact HR handles are not working in a way I would like them to be, but it is good that they are not necessary.

So far, my jogging training was simple, so apart from interval training, I have never used programs that consist of six program profiles. If six programs are not enough for your needs, you can always create the program manually (there are four speed buttons and slope entrance), and you can create your own two custom profiles with up to 60 elements that can last from 1 to 10 minutes each.

If I could recommend anything to improve, the workout summary would be a great idea, but these notes can also have that purpose instead.
